    My adult children love this restaurant. I cook all the time but they tell me "no, we want tacos" and then they go here. I miss having them over for dinner. Please stop making such delicious tacos so i can hang out with them again. They took me here once and then i understood. The chips are delicious too. Great prices.

    Hmmm... where to start? Went in on a Sunday with my family to try this place out, I ordered the menudo and an Al Pastor taco.  We also ordered a quesadilla, a few other tacos a side of beans, and a burrito.
    The good.  The menudo was flavorless as they forgot to add ANY salt.  After I poured a bunch of salt in it tasted good.  The tacos were good and the salsas were tasty.  
    The bad.  They fountain dispenser was putting out black chunks in the drinks.  It was gross.  They had canned drinks so they gave us those.  However nothing diet so... I went without and sipped my menudo.  The beans smelled and tasted like an ashtray was dumped into them.  So they were inedible as was the burrito.  

    The quesadilla was just ok.  

    So all in all it was not a pleasant experience for all of us.  Will likely skip next time we feel like authentic Mexican food.

    Very good food especially the al pastor tacos and mole. Have been there several times and can only say good things about it.

    I am from San Diego. That being said I have had a hard time finding quality mexican food that is up to my standards. However, this place is a winner and I am so sad I didn't discover it sooner! I tried the tacos el pastor, carnitas tacos and rice and beans. Everything tasted great and the tortillas are fresh. The carnitas were my favorite. They also have a great salsa bar that includes grilled onions and jalapeños.

    The food usually tastes good, but is very inconsistent. Might be great, or might be greasy and awful... and don't order the al pastor unless it's spinning.

    More importantly, the restaurant is often visibly dirty, and has questionable food safety standards with things like trays of beans and self-serve salsa left uncovered for hours with insects flying around. I guess they pass inspection somehow though.
